・Succeeding Nissei's original concept of high-rigid bed construction, it achieves a 30% increase in rigidity. Furthermore, 30% reduction in footprint allows more flexibilities in floor layout.
・The side maintenance door is four times larger than previous models and significantly improves easy access for operation such as GW change and setting UGW tilt. The supporting arm for the GW change is permanently installed and does not require removal from the grinding chamber.
The installation of large and heavy GW change jig is no longer necessary by this new design.
